The OLIVE GARDEN project is located in the area of Crikvenica, which, with smaller places of Jadranovo, Dramalj and Selce, is one of the most picturesque parts of the Adriatic coast. The pleasant climate and green parks, long walking trails and spacious beaches are definitely the best parts of Crikvenica and the offer is additionaly enriched with valuable traces of Antique, museums and galleries, great food, wine and hospitality of the people who are deeply connected with the sea and fishing.
OLIVE GARDEN consists of 6 luxury villas in the quiet part of town, Villa Santa Caterina, Itrana, Coratina, Carole, Tenera, Rosciola, which have been named after the types of olive trees. This micro location is known precisely for olives. It is located only 600 m from the sea with a beautiful panoramic view of Kvarner. It represents connection of modern architecture and Mediterranean environment which is characterized by high quality construction and elegantly decorated interior and exterior.
The VILLAS are equipped with a smart home system - control over mobile applications, heat sinks (floor heating and canal cooling) and solar (hot sanitary water), alarm system, visual control system, anti-theft encrypted entrance doors, electric shutters, controlled lighting, controlled swimming pool, irrigation treatment.
MATERIALS are top quality made by reputable manufacturers. Joinery is aluminum with lifting electric rolling shutters and toned triple insulated glass. The lining of the buildings is at the level of energy grade A, A +, the roofs are green and fit into the environment of the coastal area, the interior is arranged so that the floors are paved with top Italian ceramics, except the rooms that have top three-layer parquet, the walls are painted by top quality colors with details painted by a special decorative technique. Interior joinery is a combination of wood and glass, the internal stairs of the so-called floating stairs with glass fence, electric modular switches and top manufacturer sockets, the lighting has design character and part of it is hand-made.
THE INTERIOR will be equipped with complete trendy furniture, fully equipped kitchen (appliances + wine bar), living room with lounge and dinner areas, indoor fireplace, double bedroom and furniture, children’s room with matching furniture, each villa has and a master bedroom with its own bathroom and wardrobe, the villas have 4 to 5 bathrooms equipped by reputable manufacturers, wellness oasis with Finnish and Turkish bath and indoor or outdoor whirlpool. The spacious terraces are framed by a glass toned fence and sections of wooden vertical pergolas and exterior ceilings with modern garden furnishings.
THE EXTERIOR is constructed to achieve maximum discretion, there are green autochthonous plants, mostly olive threes, lavender and rosemary, outdoor heated swimming pool, sunbathing area, covered terrace for resting and enjoying and the space for preparing food outdoors. Each villa has a double garage equipped with a feast electric car charger for personal vehicles and parking spaces. Within the wellness or garage space, there is also a storage space for outdoor furniture.
CARING for the environment was one of the tasks in the realization of this project. All of the preserved materials were rebuilt in our villas (excavated stone and dry stone walls). The land where there were plants was used for planting new plants, as well as new roofs covered with greenery. After setting up Villa, we will arrange a team and a help desk that will take care of the facilities for the next 12 months to allow new owners to learn how to use technique of their home.
By building, making, equipping and accessing this way, we wanted to reach the level of superior living and true enjoyment at home throughout the year, considering all the needs of today’s modern man!

Farmers from the eastern shores of the Mediterranean planted wild olive trees around 4000 BC and 2000 years after, they started to produce olive oil. The Phoenician merchants brought olive cultivation to Greece and Spain, and the Greeks brought it to the Italians. Olive oil was the basis of an old-fashioned diet, and they transferred the olive cultivation on the entire Empire. Then olive growing was brought to the territory of Croatia. The ideal climate of the Adriatic coast represents the harmony of sun, sea and land, resulting in the highest quality olive and olive oil products.
